A new trailer for Dumb And Dumber To has found its way online in advance of the film’s November release.

Twenty years may have passed since the last time the world interacted with Harry and Lloyd, but as much as time may make the heart grow fonder it can do very little for intelligence. The new international trailer for Dumb And Dumber To proves this point by offering two and a half minutes of slapstick and empty-minded humor that feels as if it were pulled directly from the journal of an eight-year-old. Most of the footage was seen in the initial US trailer, but there are several new gags tucked in as well. You can view the trailer below:

I will be the first to admit that I was not blown away by the initial trailers for Dumb And Dumber To, but I am still holding out hope that Harry and Lloyd can entertain us again. This new trailer certainly ups the funny, but to do so it requires a lot of time spent revisiting the same places and scenarios found in the first film, which is sure to annoy more than a handful of movie-goers. Still, if I know anything to be true about Jeff Daniels it’s that he only chooses projects he truly believes to be good.

Dumb And Dumber To opens November 14. Despite early reports claiming a hard ‘R’ rating, the film has recently been given a ‘PG-13’ rating from the MPAA.
